Employment Law Specialists
Specialist employment law consultants based in London.
Have a problem you cannot resolve yourself?
Whether you are an employer or employee contact us to see how we can help you. We offer HR consultancy and employment law advices and assistance.
It's CEO and Principal is Graham Darwood who set up the consultancy in 2004. We are based in London although we service companies across the UK. Our niche size and the LLG Law ethos mean that we are able to offer a range of high-quality, specialist employment law services to both companies and individual clients. However, we have neither the factory-like atmosphere nor the high overheads which characterise many competitors – and our services are personal and more cost-effective.
Our overriding objective in dealing with any employment dispute or claim is that we offer commercial and practical advice. Many employment disputes are either resolved amicably or settled at an early stage, but if that is not possible, our experience and commercial awareness give the best chance of a positive outcome.
We offer both employers and employees professional advices on all aspects of UK Employment law including but not limited to: HR Consultancy, Contracts of Employment, Redundancy, TUPE, Dismissals, Discrimination and Settlement Agreements.
We deal with all matters whether non-contentious (professional advices) or contentious (bringing or defending claims).
Grievance and Disciplinary processes including appeals and investigations. These issues need to be carefully crafted and policies and procedures followed where available. We have experienced consultants that can guide you through the relevant steps as appropriate.
Employee, Consultant, Self-Employed or otherwise. From junior employees to CEO’s our consultants have extensive experience of drafting contractual documentation to ensure that your best interests are safeguarded.
